Please Note:

  • All orders are shipped directly from our Balios factory in China. We strive to provide the most cost effective way for shipment to make sure we present our luxurious umbrella collection at affordable price to you.

  • Days are Working Days and an estimate only.  Please note during busier times of the year like the Christmas period delays may occur.


  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us by email.
  2. Items returned must be brand new, unused and returned in perfect, re-sellable condition as originally received with all tags still attached.
  3. For returns, please make sure that any customs paperwork is marked as ‘Returned to Country of Origin’ with ‘No Commercial Value’. It is VERY important that the original purchase price of the item is NOT declared. We cannot accept any items back that require incorrect duty or taxes to be paid due to wrong information on the customs paperwork. Should this occur, the item will be rejected and returned by the shipping/postal company.
  4. We do not refund/cover the cost of postage.
  5. All umbrellas come with a 1 year warranty. If the umbrella is proven to be faulty within that time due to defects in workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
